Return Policy
Notification from buyer by email or phone within 48 hours of receipt of item required.
After notification is received a return confirmation number will be given to buyer and directions on where to send the item will be given.
Shipping and insurance to be paid by buyer. (No refund on the shipping and insurance costs)
A full refund (less a re-stocking fee of 10% of the purchase price) will be given when we have received the item and confirmed it is in good condition.
Damaged Goods
Our furniture pieces all require insurance so please inspect your item carefully upon receipt. Please notify us of any damage or defects so that we may contact the shipping company immediately. We would be happy to arrange a return or exchange for you.
